Cancellation Policy:

Training must be cancelled 48 hours before the session is due to start. No refund will be issued if less than 48 hours' notice is given. 

Please note that our third-party training providers, Breakthrough Communications and Parkinson Partnership, have their own cancellation policies. Please ensure you understand their terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.
