Articles of Association

Gloucestershire Association of Local Councils Ltd is a Company Limited by Guarantee and is governed by its Articles of Association. The Articles of Association set out the organisation’s legal structure, governance arrangements and the responsibilities of its Board of Directors.  You can view and download the Articles of Association below.

The Articles of Association replaced the previous Constitution following the organisation’s transition to a Company Limited by Guarantee.
